Unfortunately, the overall condition of the room was dated, which may not appeal to everyone. The towels provided were a bit worn out, and the shower head felt loosely attached to the wall, leading to a less than ideal showering experience. Also, I found the parking space to be quite tight, which could be challenging during peak times.

friendly atmosphere

easy access to gems and breweries for a perfect weekend

during my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was to walk to the nearby Currahee Brewing Company and enjoy local craft beers, and the Franklin Gem and Mineral Museum was just a short stroll away, making my weekend adventure truly enjoyable.

The recent renovations at Sapphire Inn have made a noticeable difference during my stay. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Additionally, the new fire pit area was a wonderful touch, and I appreciated the evening gathering for s'mores. The handy location near a great Mexican restaurant made dining easy.

Parking can get a bit cramped during busy hours.

During my stay, I appreciated the friendly staff, especially the young couple who recently took over. Their hospitality made us feel welcome, and the clean bathrooms and comfortable beds added to our enjoyment. The evening s'mores gathering was a delightful touch.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for our family and just a short drive to Cherokee for some fun at Harrah's Casino. Frenchy at the front desk was awesome and made our check-in a breeze. We appreciated having the extra towels right away.

In my wife’s opinion, they could improve on kid-friendly activities.

I had a lovely night here and was super impressed by the cozy fire pit where I chilled out and the clean, soft beds that made for a great night's sleep. The garden area was perfect for some relaxed downtime, soaking up the ambiance. The parking can get a bit cramped though, so it’s best to arrive early if you can. 😌
